Exhibitions at the Umatilla County Fair

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Umatilla County Fair exhibits?


Open Class Exhibitions range from cute vegetable creations to majestic photographs.  You can find the full list of departments and classes in the UCF Exhibitor's Guide.

Open Class & 4-H Registration Deadline is July 15th.

2024 UFC Exhibitors 4-H, FFA, and Open Class


Exhibitors

  • Open Class is open to anyone who would like to enter an exhibit or project at the Umatilla County Fair.
  • Open Class Registration Deadline — 5:00 PM on July 15.
  • You must register online if you have over 12 entries.
  • 12 or less entries can be submitted online or by submitting the Open Class Entry Form (COMING SOON). (2-sided PDF for printing, also available in the Exhibitor's Guide and at the UCF Office).

 

  • Open Class Exhibitor Check-In — Bring your items to the Fairgrounds on Sunday, August 4 (static entries)
  • Pickup by noon — Sunday, August 11
  • Drop-off and pickup are at the EOTEC Event Center.

 

  •  4-H and FFA Exhibitors — Please see the 4-H and FFA sections of the Exhibitor's Guide for details.

 

  • All Livestock for Open Class, 4-H and FFA Received — Monday, August 5 between 7:00 AM - 12:00 noon and 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM ( scales are closed from noon to 5:00 PM).
  • *Jackpot Lambs are received on Thursday, August 8th between 7 and 10 am.

 

Open Class Premium Payouts

At the Fair Box Office Windows (Inside the Event Center)

Saturday of Fair 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Sunday (the day after Fair), 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon (All Fair Staff will leave by 12:00 Noon)

Premiums under $10.00 that are not picked up on Saturday or Sunday, will be forfeited. Checks for remaining premiums over $10.00 will be mailed to the exhibitors per the address listed on their exhibitor registration.


UCF Youth Livestock Auction

Please inform your guests and buyers that on Saturday, August 10, they can enter through the Northeast Gate off of South Ott Rd., before the sale. A buyer pass or other fair admission is required for entry. Click here for buyer information (coming soon)

 

  • 4-H Entries — Please see your 4-H Club Volunteer or call the OSU Umatilla County Extension office at (541) 278-5404 if you did not receive the email with the ShoWorks entry information/link by July 1. This is the link you would use to enter your projects into the Fair.

 

Exhibitor Passes (ticket booths do NOT sell exhibitor passes)

 

  • 4-H or FFA Leader/Exhibitor season passes are $15.00 each. A person must be on the list provided by the 4-H and FFA offices to receive discounted passes. Please note:  Children ages 10 and under are admitted for free at the Umatilla County Fair every day, so those exhibitors will not receive a discounted pass.
  • Parents-  4-H/FFA Exhibitor families can purchase up to two Parent Season Passes at the discounted rate of $25.00 each.
  • Open Class Exhibitor season pass — The price is $25.00 and they are only available beginning Sunday, August 4 at the UCF box office windows. Exhibitors must present the pink copy of their entry tag to purchase their discounted exhibitor pass which is good for entry and re-entry into the fair for all four days. Limit one per exhibitor.
